This is at Carver Farms, in Spokane. It is a huge place that grows everything under the sun. Hundreds and hundreds of acres of produce. We went in search of squash blossoms. Quite a few people have never heard of eating them, so here is how that works, you dip them in egg, and then cracker crumbs and then fry them. I've heard you can stuff them with cream cheese, which I'm sure would be very yummy, but so far we've not done that.
Anyway, I love this picture of Ezra and thought I'd share it.
