Ezra starts his days very energetic, and much like Wyatt, enjoys the naps that come after.

Wyatt likes big adventures, and the naps that follow!

Back to Devils Tower... It's very pretty up there, and there is a lot to climb on.

This was our trip to Rushmore. You can tell the boys were super excited about it!

We saw Devils Tower Monday. It's mostly just a big rock, but it's a really nice drive and kinda fun to hike around.

Most of you probably want to see pictures of the boys and cousins, but there are a few who want to see Angardd (Mom!). He's settling in very well, and making an attempt at making some new friends.

Aunt Mimi

Ben's sister Amy and her kids, Sam and Liz, are here to visit for the week, as you can see~ the boys are thrilled!
There will probably be less posts for a while here while Aunt Mimi is here.

Fight or Flight

My horse FINALLY got here, after a few weeks of expecting him 'any minute!' . He has never seen a cow, let alone lived with them. His new home is right next door to the steer pen.
He got to the barn at about 11:30 last night, after an 800 mile trailer ride. He was so tired and ready to be out of the trailer he didn't even care about the steers. This morning was a different story. He had rested. A lot. We bucked right on by the steers and saw the rest of the arena pretty quickly! I think that at 13 years old he's finally going to grow up and get broke.

This is the hail after the tornado... There was enough hail just south of town to warrant bringing out the snow plows. There was about six or eight inches on the roads down there...
I decided to finally bring Ezra's shelves up to the living room to hold all his toys. They've been piled in the corner until now, because I didn't really want to decorate my living room with Tonka trucks.... Well, it turns out, having all the toys in bins makes it very easy to make a big mess quickly.

Testing 1 2 3. . .

This is a test run along with my mother in law, in an attempt to move pictures from different programs... So it isn't that I really thought you all needed to see this picture, it just was the lucky winner in my experiment!
Don't I look thrilled to be fat???

Ezra wasn't even sick! It was bed time and he was being sweet, in an effort to delay the inevitable. It worked.

This is what happens when you spend your afternoon chasing a tornado, and not napping.
I don't have pictures of the tornado, but we did see it. I hadn't planned on spending my day chasing the weather, it just sort of happened, so I didn't have the camera with me. Next time we'll get pictures.
Don't worry, I already have been reprimanded for taking a certain someone's grandsons out on that kind of adventure, so there is no need to post about me being a bad mom. I've been informed.

This isn't a good picture, but he was too sweet not to post it.

I'm not really sure why I still think I need a puppy. Wyatt lays on my feet, and chews things up.

To a kid who's not accustomed to eating the dish his food is served in, the idea of eating the cone was a little odd.

It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!

There are very few things I can think of that are happier than a two year old with an ice cream cone...

Ezra has this weird little bug/monster thing, and when he 'helps' me fold laundry, he takes the rags and pretends it's a baby. He'll pack it around all day and take care of it. It's very sweet, and much better than the June Bug he carried around a while back.....

He's just so goofy... Those cheeks are very pinch-able!
As much as Ezra loves Wyatt, sometimes he tries to get rid of him.

Wyatt is getting so big. He got a new front facing car seat this month, figured out how to crawl really fast, stand up in his bed, and play peek-a-boo. He's not a baby anymore!
