Dino Park

Here is my Triceratops taming son.

This is Dinosaur Hill, a park built in 1936. You can see quite a bit of town just below it, as it is right in the middle of Rapid City. It is very impressive, especially when you consider the year it was built.

This fellow has seen better days. He looks to me like the natives attacked. There were signs being hung from him, and because the wind blows a LOT here, and he is at the top of the tallest hill in town, he paid the price. This guy is big enough to see from all the way across town.

I'm sure getting things as big as him to the top of hills like this would be much easier these days what with cranes and trucks..... Rather than dragging them up a hill by hand(s).
